What is your returns policy? Customer happiness is our priority... we want our customers to be head over heels in love with our products, which we created and printed especially for you. So, if your order isn’t exactly what you expected, give our Customer Care team a shout and we’ll gladly replace any items you are unsatisfied with or that arrive damaged or defective within 60-days from your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How do I return a purchased item? If the item you received was incorrect, defective or damaged please let our Help Team know and they will take care of it ASAP.
When will I know if my refund was approved? Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When do I receive your refund? Once your refund is approved you'll be reimbursed in the original form of payment. Refunds to Paypal, coupon codes, and gift certificates are done instantly. Credit card refunds usually take a few business days to post back to your account but can take up to 30-days depending on your card company.
Are Gift Cards refundable? Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Why haven‘t I received your refund? If you don‘t see your refund, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Can items purchase on a sale be refunded? Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced ones.
